We have partnered with a well established Underwriting agency who are seeking experienced case managers to join their team across Sydney CBD and the Northern Beaches. The Role: Support claimants through each stage of the claims process managing on a portfolio of 70 accident and health claims. Provide a proactive case management approach with a passion for all aspects of claims management. Handle the settlement of claims, including overseeing claims referred to external handlers for settlement. Build and maintain rapport with clients and brokers. Assist with the continued development and implementation of improved claims processes.
