About the role This autonomous role within Connectnow involves regular client visits across Greater Sydney including Northern Beaches, Newcastle, Central Coast NSW, focusing on building trusted relationships within the Real Estate market. You'll guide partners and prospects in maximizing revenue opportunities in the competitive Home Moving Connections space, requiring tenacity, creativity, and discipline. The role contributes to business growth through new and existing market segments, requiring at least three years’ experience in sales or marketing. You’ll help shape business development strategies, identify new opportunities, assess ROI, and ensure alignment with company goals. Success involves managing client relationships, securing renewals, and driving new business. About the role: Manage and lift performance of existing Customer Account Base Source and generate New Business Leads through various market channels Effectively manage COS & OpEx Strive to deliver superior Customer Service Work with Key Stake Holders to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes, aligning to our overall Business Strategy Leading from the front in working with our Team, to build an environment that is supportive and striving for excellence Seek, Collect and Feedback Market Insights to help shape our future success About you: A track record in developing commercial relationships to meet and exceed sales targets within the Real Estate industry A passion for business development and key account management Ability to convert qualified referrals into total sales by using your field and phone-based sales expertise Drive and tenacity to find and create growth opportunities A customer-focused mindset along with integrity and accountability.
