The Landfill Operations team is seeking a Plant Operator to assist with the operations of the following machinery: - Self Propelled Compactor - Dozer - Backhoe - Loader - MR Truck This role will primarily be based at the Browns Plains Waste and Recycling Facility (WRF) but there may be work at other waste and recycling facility in the region. - Beenleigh WRF - Carbrook WRF - Greenbank WRF - Logan Village WRF - Logan Recycling Market If works are not available on the machines mentioned above, the candidate can be rostered to works as a Recycling Attendant. - Providing direction to customers for recycling - Recovering recyclables before they are disposed for landfilling - Presenting recovered items for sale in the Logan Recycling Market - Directing customers/traffic to maintain exclusion zones to machinery operating at the site MUST be available to work across a 7 day roster!
