This opportunity is fixed-term until February 2026, but may lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. The Policy & Compliance Officer plays an important role in supporting the College’s governance and compliance programs. You will assign and monitor staff training in line with the College’s training calendar, track completion rates, and follow up as needed. You’ll also support policy management by maintaining policy content, assisting with reviews and updates, and helping ensure our governance frameworks remain current and effective. About You A background in policy, risk, OHS or HR compliance, will be highly regarded. You are an effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail, as this role involves regular engagement with a variety of stakeholders.
