As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in preparing financial reports, analysing financial data, and providing insights to support informed business decisions. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of financial information to support the company's strategic goals. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of business expenses. Budgeting and financial reporting. Conduct profitability analysis and present financial insights to stakeholders. Prepare financial statements for internal and external use. Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making. Support auditing projects and ensure compliance with financial standards. Review, develop, and implement financial systems, processes, models, and reports. Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other reports to assess accuracy and compliance. Document financial transactions and recommend appropriate financial actions. Develop and maintain accounting systems using current technology. Advise management on resource utilisation, tax strategies, and budget assumptions. Perform additional duties as reasonably required. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualifications in Accounting/Commerce or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite. Sound knowledge of costing and management accounting practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. Salary ranges from $76,515 - $85,000 per annum (exclusive superannuation)
