Working with top Tier 1 & 2 builders, they specialise in commercial, industrial, healthcare, and education projects with HVAC values up to $15m. With a strong pipeline of work secured in Western Sydney, Sydney CBD, and the Lower North Shore. The Role As a Site Manager / Supervisor / Foreman, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of large HVAC packages. You'll be leading a strong site team and managing labour, subcontractors, and materials while working closely with our clients and builders to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage HVAC projects on site up to $15m (HVAC value) Oversee labour, subcontractors, and materials Maintain strong communication with clients, builders, and consultants Motivate and lead your team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope About You Experienced as a Foreman / Supervisor within HVAC or building services Strong track record on commercial, education, or large-scale projects In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and installation Excellent communication and leadership skills Looking for a long-term career with progression opportunities What's On Offer Competitive salary: $130k - $150k Super Vehicle/Allowance Long-term projects across Sydney with a strong secured pipeline Ongoing training and career progression - we fast-track Site Managers into Project Managers Great team culture with regular industry and team events Work with a contractor that's big enough to deliver major projects, but small enough to value you In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 21,000 people into meaningful employment .
