The Role We're seeking an experienced Grain Site Manager to oversee operations at a grain storage facility in Rand, NSW. This role is central to supporting local growers during harvest, ensuring grain receival, handling and storage run smoothly. You'll be working in a supportive team environment that combines both people management and hands-on operational duties. Key Responsibilities As Grain Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing site operations, staff, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality grain handling.
