Requirements Who We’re Looking For You’re a great fit if you have: At least 2 years of experience working in private equity at top firms. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Financial modeling Market sizing / TAM analysis Investment research, summaries, and memos CIM creation and due diligence NDA / legal document processing Deal sourcing Role Details Engagement Type: Fully asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule. Commitment: Minimum of 10 hours per week . Duration: Initial 4-week engagement starting in October , with potential for extension or participation in future projects. Performance: Strong contributors will be prioritized for upcoming opportunities. Compensation and Terms Pay Rate: $130 per hour, with potential increases for exceptional performance.
