HJ Bendigo Pty Ltd is one of the franchises of Hungry Jacks located at Kangaroo Flat. There is an excellent opportunity for a Retail Manager to work in this fast-food restaurant on a full-time basis. Job-type: Full-time Location: Kangaroo Flat, Victoria Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience) The key responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to: Plan, control and manage daily restaurant operations Analyse and understand market trends to determine the product mix. Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control. Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities and determining additional needed state promotion Plan in store promotional displays and decide on pricing to execute specials as per demand on weekly and monthly basis. Enforce health and safety standards for compliance and safety. Handle financial tasks, such as budgets, sales targets, and cash management of the restaurant. Resolve customer complaints quickly to ensure satisfaction. Ascertain the quality and standards of all sale items in accordance with Hungry Jacks Corp. guidelines Analyse sales data to drive improvements and strategic decisions. Lead, train and motivate team members to ensure high service standards. Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a related or relevant field Minimum Diploma in business, hospitality, management or a related field Relevant Australian work experience is must. Earlier experience working in the Australian fast-food chain Availability on weekends if required Skills: Superior management skills High level of flexibility Ability to adapt to different customers Great verbal communication skills Natural talent for motivating and developing teams You must have full-time work rights.
