About the Role As Centre Manager, you’ll drive the success of the centre by leading operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring excellence in early learning and care. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, compliance, and program delivery Lead the centre through the Assessment & Rating process with confidence Manage budgets and financials to ensure sustainability Build strong, lasting relationships with families, staff, and the wider community Mentor and develop your team to deliver outstanding education and care Implement engaging, age-appropriate programs that support every child’s growth Maintain high-quality documentation to celebrate children’s progress Foster a positive, inclusive culture where staff and children love to be ❤️ What We’re Looking For A passionate leader with a strong commitment to excellence in early childhood education Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and build high-performing teams Strong relationship-building skills with families and the community Results-driven, while creating a warm and inclusive environment Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education At least 2 years’ leadership experience as a Centre Manager or similar role Ready to Lead with Impact?
