This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a real difference to our business.Operational Responsibilities:Achieve KPI's in- line with the company growth strategyExecution of the existing sales strategy to secure new projects and customersgrow and maintain the pipeline and CRM with the objective of originating and closing new business opportunities Provide support and maintain operational documentation across supported technology areasAccurate time recording and timesheet managementTactical:Identify opportunities with both existing and new clients in key sectorsidentify opportunities to add-value to prospect organisations through the application of the company services and articulate a business caserun the sales process, contact prospects and conduct follow up callsKnowledge and Experience (including but not limited to):A minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar role and demonstrate the following:Working in either a business Development or Sales role;Working in a B2B or sales environment generating new business from small to medium clientsKey Performance Indicators:To be discussed on application and interviewCommission Structure:Monthly Targets: Earn commission based on sales targets like MRR for new logos, project and support service labor, and hardware.Quarterly Bonuses: Achieve higher sales targets for additional bonuses. Additional flat bonuses for specific business related targets.Commission is paid quarterly and implemented after 6 months probation.General skills and preferred experience.Lead generation and identifying opportunities through industry experience and contacts.Developing and implementing business development campaigns to win new customer or upgrade existing customers.Selling ability across a diverse suite of ICT product platforms (MSP experience is preferred).Demonstrate an understanding of commercial and organisational benefits, applications, and implications of Line-of-Business Apps, Custom Software, Ecosystems and Cloud Migration.Minimum 2 years experience in Adelaide Market and an MSP is preferred.Must reside in Adelaide and hold full working rights.After hours and travel may be required.Unrestrictive police clearance
