As part of this major transformation program, we are looking for a Finance Transformation Partner to join the team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. Responsible for supporting the design, build, configuration and delivery of the Financial Close, Group Consolidation & Reporting, Reconciliation and ESG platforms as part of the One Endeavour Program. This role is integral to realising the Finance Transformation agenda and One Endeavour Program outcomes. About The Role As Finance Transformation Partner, you will be working with the Finance Transformation Manager and the selected Implementation Partner and Technology provider to deliver the business outcomes for a successful implementation of our new Financial Close and Consolidation solution, Financial Reconciliation platform and ESG solution. This Includes Ensuring the design fully delivers business requirements, in particular re-imagining the in-scope processes to deliver automated tasks, workflows and approvalsReducing time to complete month end and key financial processes, and deliver leading processes and business outcome indicators as part of the designEnhancing financial controls and governance from current state to eliminate manual interventionHelping to identify and manage dependencies with the wider One Endeavour ProgramContributing to the successful delivery of all project milestones, including build and configuration, data cleansing, data migration, and testing, by ensuring full engagement and alignment with the One Endeavour program, business, and technology teamsWorking closely with the finance transformation manager to ensure timely execution of project plansUpholding the Endeavour data governance framework by ensuring the data approach is fully alignedAssisting with identifying pre and post-Go Live performance metrics, aligned with business teamsAssisting with developing the criteria and approach to measure business readinessAssisting with management of all impacted teams to ensure acceptance and endorsement of the above, ensuring business requirements and outcomes enable the transformation of core finance processesEngaging with large number of stakeholders to enable the transformation of finance processesReviewing, documenting and summarising large volumes of data to deliver on project requirementsDriving adherence to all One Endeavour program frameworks and policiesAssisting with developing the approach to embed new ways of working including capabilitiesRole modelling Endeavour Values and Ways of Working What do we need from you Key Experiences 7 years experience in financial accounting, external reporting and corporate finance teamsProven experience in delivering successful Finance technology programs, with strong user adoptionPassionate about automating core processes and unlocking teams from manual activities to drive valueTrack record of innovative ideas with the ability to execute themResults driven with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines; ensures alignment across supporting teamsDemonstrates critical thinking and problem solvingStrong communication skills, able to demonstrate subject matter expertise in financial processesAble to document new processes and capabilitiesProven organisational skills with the ability to solve problems in a methodical manner How We Measure Your Success Initiative delivered on timePost go live performance metrics achievedRisks identified and mitigatedManual processes are automated, reducing time to complete core finance processesFinancial controls and governance enhanced and automatedBusiness case achievedDelivers One Endeavour Program outcomes Core Capabilities And Competencies Methodical Mindset: Ability to translate the project's goals into actionable tasks and processes.
