About the role: CSR is seeking a fixed term WMS Project Coordinator to support the delivery of strategic initiatives across the business. Based in North Ryde, this role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, contribute to meaningful change, and help shape the future of our organisation. As a key member of the project team, you'll maintain project plans, track budgets and timelines, and support governance and reporting processes. You'll also play a vital role in stakeholder engagement, team coordination, and change management activities. Key Responsibilities: Maintain detailed project plans and schedules across workstreams Track budgets, benefits, risks, and timelines against project goals Deliver insights on project costing and benefit analysis Prepare reports and presentations for steering committees and stakeholders Coordinate meetings, workshops, and team communications Manage project registers and documentation Support onboarding/offboarding and HR/change activities Liaise across functions to ensure alignment and progress Assist with audits and governance compliance What You'll Bring: 5 years' experience supporting project delivery and budgets Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and JIRA Experience with project methodologies and business/software delivery Ability to engage stakeholders and synthesise complex information A proactive mindset and critical thinking skills What we offer We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
