The ideal candidate will focus on building relationships with education and migration agents both in Australia and internationally to promote our college’s courses and increase student enrollments. This role requires someone who is professional, organized, and comfortable communicating with stakeholders through emails, calls, and face-to-face meetings. Key Responsibilities Identify, contact, and build strong relationships with education and migration agents across Australia and overseas. Send professional email campaigns to agents promoting our programs, courses, and updates. Schedule and conduct weekly face-to-face meetings with agents to strengthen partnerships and generate enrollments. Maintain and regularly update the database of agents and track communication in CRM or spreadsheets. Represent the college at events, fairs, and networking sessions when required. Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing strategies with the college’s goals. Provide weekly reports on outreach, appointments booked, and outcomes. Assist in developing marketing materials (digital and print) to support recruitment activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education Management, or related field (preferred but not essential). Experience in the education sector, especially with student recruitment or agent networks. Strong email communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel locally and occasionally interstate for meetings and events. Excellent organizational and reporting skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and email marketing tools. Knowledge of international student visa processes and migration pathways is a plus.
