About The Opportunity The Lifestyle Services Assistant is responsible for providing leadership to the homes Lifestyle Services team and ensuring exceptional Living and Lifestyle experiences and services for our residents and families. Establish an innovative and dynamic program of individual and group activities and services Lead and develop a team of Lifestyle Officers Ensure attendance is optimally maintained and/or growing Comply with all relevant Aged Care Quality Standards About You To be successful, you'll need: Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (essential) Experience as a Lifestyle Services Assistant Knowledge of working with a range of cognitive and physical abilities Involvement in creating and implementing innovative programs to meet specific resident needs Bring your passion for quality care and in return, we will provide you with an opportunity to build an outstanding career by expanding and developing your skills.
