This a Permanent Full-Time basis at 38 hours a week based in our Head Office. The successful candidate must have: Excellent English skills The right to work in Australia Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Minimum of 1 years of work experience Strong time management skills Full time, $76,515 superannuation Responsibilities include: Assisting and guiding the development of customer experience objectives, care delivery strategies, and operational plans that maximise satisfaction and ensure optimal use of our people, systems, and resources. Identifying service delivery gaps and operational opportunities using continuous improvement and change management frameworks to enhance client care outcomes and internal processes. Analysing current organisational capabilities, care systems, and structural efficiency to inform high-impact improvements. Providing actionable recommendations based on current-state assessments to address client needs, operational bottlenecks, or regulatory requirements. Preparing proposals to enhance service models, adjust workflows, refine team roles, and drive innovation across care and support functions. Supporting the implementation of approved strategies, working collaboratively with teams to embed changes effectively.
