Job Description About the Role: We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel’s maintenance systems. As a Maintenance Technician reporting to the Chief Engineer, your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating on and following the hotel’s maintenance plans, including preventative, predictive, and reactive tasks. Maintaining the building, plant, equipment, fixtures, and fittings to the highest standards. Communicating and working closely with all hotel departments to ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out effectively and on time. Identifying and resolving potential maintenance issues before they become problems, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. Upholding safety protocols and ensuring the asset remains in optimal condition, providing a pleasant and safe atmosphere for all guests and staff. Rotating roster across Monday - Sunday.
