We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their projects with a ‘whole of build’ solution. A s a Trade Centre Supervisor, you will provide support to the senior leadership team and act as a continual support to oversee workflow, setting an example to other team members and ensuring day-to-day operations of the trade centre run smoothly . This is a full-time role and flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts 1pm-9pm Monday to Friday is so that we can provide the best experience to our customers What’s involved: Lead by example to provide best experience for our customers and team members. Assist with inducting and training team members Supporting the team with pick and packing customer orders where Organise deliveries and ensure customer orders are dispatched in full and on time Coordinate stock, loading and unloading products on delivery trucks Communicate with key stakeholders including account managers, suppliers and site supervisors Who we're looking for: Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and be complimentary to the Trade Centre leadership team. You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others .
