About the Opportunity As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager, our hardworking team and the wonderful residents and their families with the day to day running of our aged care home. With no two days the same, your duties will expand across multiple functions including rostering, recruitment, admissions, reception, documentation/ record management and compliance. Monday to Friday 0900-1700 Fixed Term Role till March 2026 Opportunity for ongoing role after fixed term end About You To be successful, you'll need: Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable) Experience with hiring/recruitment and rostering processes (Human Force) Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases, payroll and rostering systems.
