Our client, one of Australia’s most recognised and respected organisations, is seeking a talented and motivated EUC Security Engineer to join their collaborative and supportive team. This is a hands-on role working closely with both the End User Computing (EUC) and Cyber Security teams, playing a vital part in protecting the organisation’s technology environment. You’ll be responsible for implementing security enhancements, managing endpoint security policies, and ensuring devices remain compliant and protected against emerging cyber threats. This is an immediate start, 6 Month contract with likely extensions and is an onsite support position requiring you to be onsite 5 days per week. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with strong technical capability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science/cyber security or equivalent experience 4 years in an EUC Security Engineering role Managing, deploying, securing, and monitoring devices and client apps in an enterprise environment using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Windows 11. Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Threat detection, investigation, and response using Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint, and Defender for Cloud Apps. Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow Exposure to Zscaler, CrowdStrike, If you’re a driven IT professional passionate about strengthening security across end-user environments and enjoy working in a dynamic, high-performing team — we’d love to hear from you.
