We are seeking applications from suitably qualified Adventure Education Program Coordinator/s to successfully execute planned Adventures, providing unique, transformative and meaningful learning experiences for students. These are 12-month fixed term roles for 2026. About the role: Key responsibilities include: · Program Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and lead adventure education trips across diverse Australian and/or international landscapes and environments. · Activity Facilitation: Deliver high-quality experiences in a range of outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, paddling, and expedition-style programs. · Team Collaboration: Work closely within a small, dedicated team to ensure smooth program delivery and continuous improvement. · Administration & Logistics: Manage trip logistics, bookings, risk assessments, staff health and fitness compliance forms, equipment, and documentation with precision and initiative. · Problem Solving & Adaptability: Respond effectively to changing conditions, unexpected challenges, and competing priorities with calm and creativity. · Vision & Development: Contribute to the strategic development of the adventure education program, bringing fresh ideas and a commitment to excellence. About you: The successful candidate for this role will be: · Qualified in Outdoor Education or a related field. · Experienced in planning and leading outdoor programs in varied environments. · Capable of working independently and as part of a close-knit team. · Current Wilderness First Aid trained or equivalent (or willingness to obtain). · A competent driver, with a valid driver’s license and light rigid / medium rigid but license, and ability to travel extensively. · Experience in youth pastoral care. · Able to work flexible hours and travel. · Highly organised, with excellent interpersonal, administrative, time management and risk management skills. · Physically and psychologically fit for the outdoors to care for themselves and others. This role/s is full time. Although preferable, Teaching qualifications are not mandatory.
