Job Description Support the delivery of marketing programs by managing day-to-day operations, workflows, and marketing logistics. Coordinate briefing, timelines, assets, and approvals to ensure marketing projects are executed on schedule and to a high standard. Maintain and update marketing tools, systems, and databases to support project tracking and performance reporting. Assist with budget management, including raising purchase orders, tracking spend, and reconciling invoices. Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to support project setup, delivery, and analysis. Ensure brand and content consistency across all materials, platforms, and communications. Help organize and execute events, sponsorships, and partner activities, coordinating logistics and operational details. Support continuous process improvement by identifying and implementing ways to streamline marketing operations. Collaborate with the UK marketing team to ensure efficient delivery of marketing projects.
