In this pivotal role, you’ll: Partner directly with Operations Managers to attract, engage, and hire talented dentists and clinicians across Australia and beyond. Lead full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing and outreach to offer and onboarding. Utilise cutting-edge systems and tools to drive a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Build and nurture strong talent pipelines and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians. Contribute to strategic hiring initiatives that support Abano’s growth and clinical excellence.
