Job Description Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a motivated and high-performing team. Plan and monitor room and public area cleaning, including deep cleaning and preventive maintenance schedules. Liaise with Front Desk, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Manage inventory, linen, and supplies to control costs and prevent stock loss. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations and environmental initiatives. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
