Key Responsibilities: Lead payroll centralisation and system migration; Oversee data validation, testing, and go-live; Align Finance, HR, and vendor stakeholders; Standardise processes, controls, and reporting; and Ensure compliance and payroll accuracy (PAYG, SG, STP). About You: Proven experience in payroll transformation projects; Deep knowledge of Australian payroll compliance; Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills; Hands-on experience with Employment Hero preferred; and Excellent communicator and problem solver.
