Their recently upgraded Switchboard Manufacturing facility, located in Ferryden Park, SA, currently has a requirement for an Electrical Supervisor. Key Function: Lead and supervise production team through switchboard manufacturing process to meet high quality standards, agreed set timelines and within budget. Be a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, management, production and support teams. Your responsibilities will include: Lead team to meet project deliverables Materials planning/management to ensure optimum workshop efficiencies Plan day to day activities for the electrical manufacturing team Tracking, WIP and status reporting Work closely with Operations Manager communicating potential issues/delays Skills and experience required to be successful in this role: Electricians (specifically with switchboard manufacturing experience) seeking progression into supervisory/management roles can be considered Experienced in reading schematic drawings Experienced in control wiring preferred MS Project experience preferred Excellent communication skills.
