To support this growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to take full ownership of the finance function and play a central role in the strategic direction of the business. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all financial operations, including statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow managementEnsure strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls are maintained as the business scalesPartner closely with the Board and executive team, providing insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives and growth opportunitiesLead process improvements, system optimisation, and the development of scalable finance frameworksDeliver commercial and financial analysis to inform investment decisions and long-term planning About You: CA/CPA qualified with proven experience in a senior finance roleBackground in real estate, property, or a related sector preferredStrong technical accounting skills, with the ability to also act as a commercial partner to senior leadershipDemonstrated ability to operate effectively in a high-growth environmentExcellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
