Day to day responsibilities: Attending to guest inquiries and reservations via email, telephone and face to face Providing exceptional customer service by ensure all guest requests and requirements are communicated and completed. Greeting guests and assisting with guests orders and needs Processing payments and cash handling Do you have?: Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant/hospitality environment Previous experience with a reservation system such as Now Book it and Ordermate Cash handling experience Current RSA certificate Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster including weekends.
