Assistant in Nursing (AIN) – Shoalhaven Region We’re currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Assistant in Nursings (AIN's) to join our casual team in the beautiful Shoalhaven region. This role involves working across a range of aged care facilities from Nowra to St George's Basin, providing high-quality care and support to residents. Duties include (but are not limited to): Assisting residents with personal care (showering, grooming, dressing) Supporting residents with mobility and safe transferring Assisting with meals, including feeding where required Monitoring and documenting changes in resident health or behaviour Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Following care plans, facility procedures, and infection control guidelines Following directions from Registered Nurses (RNs) and facility management Requirements: Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent At least 6 months experience in similar role Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of aged care standards, policies, and procedures Willingness to obatin mandatory compliance documents Salary and Benefits: Competitive hourly rates under the Aged Care Award (MA000018) Flexible casual shifts across multiple facilities Opportunities for training and ongoing professional development Supportive, approachable rostering and admin team If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others, then we would love to hear from you.
