We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Event Sales Manager to grow our events business, from beachfront birthdays to large corporate functions and everything in between. What you’ll be doing Turning enquiries into confirmed bookings and smashing sales targets along the way. Guiding clients through every step of the event journey, from first hello to final cheers. Planning, coordinating, and executing events seamlessly alongside our venue team. Managing function logistics, including menus, beverage packages, and run sheets. Preparing proposals, contracts, BEOs, budgets, and post-event reports. Training and supporting casual and full-time functions staff, ensuring service runs smoothly. Collaborating with the leadership team to develop sales strategies and streamline procedures. Ensuring compliance with RSA, health, and safety requirements at all times. What we’re looking for Previous experience in event sales or event management, ideally in hospitality. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A confident communicator who can win over clients. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
