You’ll manage day-to-day operations, inspire a capable and stable team, and drive efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction across the department. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a strong team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop staff. Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery. Foster positive customer relationships and deliver exceptional service experiences. Monitor and manage departmental KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer outcomes. Maintain a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. About You Proven leadership experience within a busy automotive service department. Multi-franchise dealership experience is highly regarded. Passionate about customer service and building long-term relationships. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Professional, reliable, and able to lead by example with a “team-first” mindset.
