About the Role: As the Senior Product Designer, you will be the first design hire and take ownership of end-to-end product design. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions that solve complex user problems while balancing business needs. You’ll play a critical role in shaping both the current product and new initiatives, including establishing design processes and lightweight systems to support scalability.
