This position plays a pivotal role in optimising sales and profitability, driving operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also foster an inclusive workplace culture and support diversity and inclusion initiatives for your team. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the State Manager, overseeing multiple store locations across WA. Duties & Responsibilities Champion company values and leadership behaviours, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide operational guidance to store teams including training, labour management, succession planning, and retail KPI achievement. Recruit, onboard, and mentor teams to build capability and retention. Deliver and exceed sales, profit, and KPI targets across all stores under your leadership. Manage labour scheduling, payroll budgets, operational expenses and P&L performance in line with targets. Analyse sales and KPI performance data to identify opportunities for growth and cost optimisation. Conduct virtual and in-store visits to ensure operational excellence and compliance. Oversee roster coordination, payroll, and team deployment to maximise productivity. Collaborate with internal teams regarding stock, ranging, pricing, markdowns, and transfers to drive sell-through. About You Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in multi-site management within retail (fashion or similar industries preferred). Strong knowledge of the General Retail Award, workplace health and safety, and Fair Work legislation. Experience across multiple retail channels (full price, outlet, high-volume). Proficiency with retail and workforce management systems. Strong leadership and team development skills. Highly organised self-starter with excellent communication skills. Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Excel). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Flexible with travel; current driver’s licence and own vehicle required.
