About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple store locations across Western Australia. This hands-on leadership role will see you drive sales, lead and support store teams, and ensure operational excellence. You’ll work closely with senior management to achieve business goals while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate Store Managers and teams to achieve sales, service, and operational targets. Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple locations in WA. Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Manage rostering, budgeting, and cost control to optimise results. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards. Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring strong succession planning. Build a culture of exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Partner with Head Office to roll out promotions, marketing, and operational initiatives. Conduct regular store visits and audits to maintain high standards and support teams. About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in multi-site or area management within retail or fashion. Strong leadership and people development skills. Proven track record in driving sales and operational results. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Solid knowledge of retail KPIs, rostering, and cost control. Ability to travel regularly within WA (driver’s licence required). Hands-on leader who inspires and leads by example.
