Bank Tavern Kogarah, part of the Marlow Hotels Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the daily operations of a busy and vibrant venue, ensuring our guests receive excellent service and our team is supported to perform at their best. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient service across bar, bistro, and gaming areas. Supervise and support staff during shifts, providing leadership, training, and guidance. Manage customer experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Monitor compliance with licensing, RSA, WHS, and company policies. Assist with cash handling, reconciliations, and reporting at the end of each shift. Coordinate with senior management to meet operational targets and business objectives. Ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for both customers and staff. About You: Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel/pub environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Knowledge of compliance requirements, including RSA and gaming regulations. A hands-on approach with a focus on teamwork and customer service excellence.
