This dynamic role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across governance, communications, reporting, and executive scheduling. You will be the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping drive strategic initiatives and maintain high standards of professionalism. Key Responsibilities • Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, and documentation • Coordinate Board and Annual General Meetings including governance paper preparation • Administer Directors’ meetings and compliance documentation • Support grant and sponsorship applications and reporting obligations • Maintain corporate registers, document control systems, and quality systems • Assist with media, website, intranet, and social media content • Promote the organisation’s reputation through effective communication strategies • Provide general administrative support including minute-taking, correspondence, and staff orientation Qualifications and Requirements • Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience • Current unrestricted driver’s licence • National Criminal History Check (non-adverse) • Current OCHRE clearance • Acceptable vaccination status to work with vulnerable people in the NT • Right to work in Australia Skills and Experience • Intermediate to advanced MS Office and computer literacy • Strong time management, multitasking, and organisational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Experience in executive support, governance, and communications Personal Attributes • Professional discretion and attention to detail • Resilience and a strong work ethic • Commitment to confidentiality and continuous learning • Alignment with values such as commitment, open-mindedness, honesty, efficiency, respect, and education If you're interested, please apply here or contact emily@curis.com.au.
