The Role Reporting to the HR Manager and working in a small supportive team will see you partnering with different areas across the organisation, to provide coaching, guidance, and HR support. You will ensure the organisation maintains the workforce through retention strategies along with diversity and inclusion. Your key role is building a positive workforce culture, while offering people management support to the team. This fast-paced environment will suit someone with a positive can-do attitude, strong communication skills and enjoys a challenge. Responsibilities Workforce planning and engagement strategies Oversee handling of workplace investigations, grievances, and disputes Make decisions within delegation around support management Maintain and review policies, procedures and practices Development diversity and inclusion strategies Other HR projects and administration Developing leadership capability across the organisation About You This is an ideal role for someone with 3-5 years HR Advisor experience. You have engaged in the support of performance management discussions, and can problem solve in a professional manager. You have experience implementing human resource organisational policies and practices, across an organisation including case management. You have capability to support leaders, with strong communication skills looking for an opportunity to exercise your skills with a great team. You will have the ability to work with a diverse range of people and you are able to be flexible.
