About the Role We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and experienced Duty Manager to lead from the front and keep the good vibes flowing. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and loves creating memorable guest experiences. Package Includes: $73,810 Salary Super Subsidised accommodation – just $150/week in a shared staff house or apartment (off-site) Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations across bar, bistro, bottle shop & gaming Supervise, train & support staff Ensure smooth shift transitions including open/close procedures Manage gaming areas: pokies, TAB, Keno & compliance Daily cash handling, reconciliations & general admin duties Be hands-on and adaptable – every day is different!
