Description We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Regional Quality and Safety Manager to join our Australasia Management team, based in Sydney or Melbourne. Reporting to the Regional VP of Australasia the incumbent will be the designated CASA Form 4 post holder, responsible for overseeing and continuously enhancing ExecuJet MRO Services Australia’s compliance, quality assurance, and safety management systems. Leading a dedicated team, the role will drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance and promote a positive safety culture including the principles of Just Culture across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Fulfil CASA regulatory post holder functions in Quality and Safety. Maintain the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), procedures, supplements, and associated documentation in accordance with FAA, CAANZ and CASA Part 147, 145, 66, 43, 42, and Part 21 requirements. Act as principal liaison with CASA and other regulatory authorities for approvals, audits, licensing, and authorisations. Manage the ExecuJet Audit Program, including planning and execution of internal audits as well as the management of non-conformities and corrective actions. Conduct second-party audits of suppliers, contractors, vendors, and training organisations. Maintain quality systems records, databases, and IT tools. Review policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure alignment and efficiency. Oversee the design, integration, and effective functioning of the ExecuJet SMS in accordance with CASA requirements. Lead hazard identification, safety risk management, and implementation of corrective actions including facilitating SMS and Safety Action Group meetings. Provide independent safety advice and support organisational change including planning and coordinating safety awareness campaigns. Prepare periodic compliance and safety performance reports for management review and CASA submission. Represent ExecuJet MRO Services Australia in regulatory, industry, and customer forums as required. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Degree qualifications in Aviation Management or similar. Minimum 5 years’ experience in aviation safety or compliance roles, ideally within an MRO environment. Demonstrated competence in the application of CASA, FAA and CAANZ MOE requirements and frameworks. Proven experience in audit management, quality systems, safety management, and human factors. Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage expectations of different stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant IT systems and data analysis tools.
