The Role As a Support Worker in our shared living team across Central Coast, you’ll be the first friendly face clients see each day. You’ll help them get ready, set goals, and step into their day with confidence. From personal care to community adventures, you’ll be part of the magic that makes mornings matter. We have varied shifts available including 6:30am starts, weekends, sleep and active awake. Flexibility to work across these shifts are essential. What You’ll Be Doing Morning Motivator: Support clients with their morning routines, breakfast, and daily prep Skill Builder: Help build independence through everyday tasks and life skills Community Connector: Get clients out and about—appointments, programs, or just a good walk Behaviour Supporter: Follow personalised plans with empathy and consistency Admin Extraordinaire: Keep notes tidy and communication flowing Team Player: Work closely with families and fellow support workers to keep things smooth Who You Are You’re a morning person with a heart for helping You’ve got experience in disability support! You’re confident with personal care and behaviour support You bring resilience, empathy, and a can-do attitude You’re studying or have a Cert in Community Services? Even better!
