Manage stakeholder relationships, including government bodies, contractors, and internal teams. Oversee project time-lines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Manage external consultancies to ensure timely completion for feasibility studies, grid connection, etc. Prepare and present detailed project plans, updates, and reports to leadership. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. Profile A successful Project Development Manager should have: Experience in either Town planning or experienced in project development or delivery of renewable projects, with a desire to work in project development. Strong project management skills, with ability to focus on ensuring schedules of projects remain on track. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A degree in engineering, town planning, or a related field. Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and challenges.
