An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly organised and motivated Production Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing business based in West Brisbane. This is a pivotal, hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading a team, streamlining production processes, and making a real impact on daily operations. As the Production Coordinator, you will oversee the fabrication in a pre-cast workshop, ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. You’ll also be responsible for team supervision, training, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Salary - $90-95,000 Plus Super Key Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing and organising the equipment, staff and processes on the production floor. Assist in setting the daily/weekly/monthly production objectives Assist in producing the production schedule and identify any issues or delays that may arise. Delegate a clean and organised production floor Lead the continuous improvement effort to enhance productivity and efficiency. Utilise interpersonal and communication skills to interact with the team and report findings to management. Occasional machine maintenance and minor repairs. Ability to research, provide production floor support and make critical manufacturing decisions in a timely manner.
