ABOUT THE ROLE As Customer Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery across customer support, logistics, and account coordination. You’ll liaise with installers, internal teams, and customers to manage installations, hardware logistics, and account administration. Acting as a key customer contact, you’ll enhance satisfaction, streamline operations, and help shape the customer experience for a growing APAC team. DUTIES Coordinate installations with customers, technicians, and internal teams Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory of tracking hardware Serve as the Account Manager for smaller clients, providing proactive support Handle customer queries, escalating issues where required Train customers on system use to ensure optimal value from telematics software Maintain CRM and account records accurately and efficiently Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams Prepare and share regular reports on installations, shipments, and account activity SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Required: Proven experience in customer service, operations coordination, or sales support Strong multitasking and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Preferred: Background in logistics, shipping, or inventory management Experience with SaaS, telematics, or asset tracking technology Familiarity with platforms like Geotab BENEFITS Career development and progression opportunities Exposure to global operations and cross-functional projects Collaborative and supportive team environment Hybrid working flexibility OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
