Description Reporting to the HR Manager, the People and Culture Advisor will support a range of day-to-day and strategic people initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Providing practical and timely advice on a broad range of employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) matters Managing HR processes across the full employee lifecycle onboarding, induction, employee movements, and offboarding Maintaining and updating HR records, employee files, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality Supporting domestic and international recruitment activities, including attraction, selection, and onboarding Preparing contracts, processing variations, and assisting with documentation Opportunity Supportive Team Culture – join a workplace where teamwork and meaningful connections are valued. Profile The successful candidate will be a confident HR generalist who can balance operational support with sound HR advisory. Ideally, you will bring: Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist role Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, ER/IR, and recruitment practices Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively within a fast-paced environment Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Humanforce) and Microsoft Office Why This Role?
