Operations Support Officer Location: Sunshine Coast Pay Rate: $37.12 per hour Hours: Standard shift 9:00am-5:06pm (may vary between 8:00am-5:30pm to cover leave) Key Responsibilities: Customer service and freight investigation (face-to-face, phone, email, CRM) Data entry and dispatching pickups Printing and matching pickup documentation Imaging consignment notes Communicating with drivers and operations staff Scanning freight Requirements: Strong communication and organisational skills Comfortable using computers and CRM systems Must wear full PPE including safety boots 2. Dockhand Location: Sunshine Coast Pay Rate: $40.58 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am start (minimum 4 hours/day, up to 38 hours/week) Key Responsibilities: Hand unloading freight from trucks using a conveyor system Maintaining a clean and safe depot environment Optional van driving work available for those with a valid car licence Requirements: Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting Reliable and punctual Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic Why Work With Us?
