The Role We are seeking energetic and dedicated Beverage, Gaming & TAB Attendants on a part-time basis to join our flagship venue, located in Mount Pritchard. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customer across a diverse range of area including bar and gaming and creating a five-star sporting experience that leaves our customers planning their next night out. Key Duties: Setting up and closing down Sports Bar daily operation station including Bar/ Keno/ TAB Provide assistance and information on sporting and daily racing Stock control and replenishment of tickets for Keno and ensuring fridges within station are fully stocked Responsible for taking orders, preparation and serving of food and beverages Proactively maintain cleanliness of working station Maintain the delivery of our high-level customer service standards About You Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) Strong communication and customer service skills Gaming/TAB/Keno/Bar experience is desired, but not essential Availability to work a range of shifts including days, nights and weekends A willingness to work Public Holiday periods What’s in it for you: Discounted gym membership Ongoing training and development opportunities Reward and Recognition and much more!
