The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge across beers, wines, and spirits, and be confident in preparing classic and modern cocktails. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, maintain bar presentation and stock control, handle POS transactions, and uphold RSA and venue standards. A positive attitude, teamwork, and professionalism are essential. Main Duties: Welcome guests and take beverage orders in a friendly and professional manner. Prepare and serve a selection of drinks such as cocktails, beers, wines, soft drinks, and coffee. Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area. Handle POS transactions Handle customer payments and assist with daily bar setup. Monitor stock levels and restock supplies when needed. Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service. 2. Bar / Restaurant Manager – Full-Time Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annual We are looking for an experienced Bar/Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations for a new venue. The ideal candidate will have proven experience (minimum 2 years) in managing bar and restaurant service, staff supervision, stock control, rostering, and ensuring compliance with liquor licensing and food safety requirements. Strong leadership, excellent customer service, and hands-on operational skills are essential. Cocktail knowledge and experience in driving sales and team performance will be highly regarded. Main Duties: Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations for smooth service. Plan menus, drinks, and events with kitchen and bar staff. Manage food, beverage, and labour costs efficiently. Set budgets and review performance targets regularly. Supervise, train, and roster staff for quality service. Control stock, orders, and supplier coordination. Ensure RSA, safety, and hygiene compliance. Support cocktail service and promote sales growth. Handle customer feedback and report to management. Keep the venue clean, safe, and welcoming. 3. Bar Supervisor – Full-Time Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annual We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team in a busy bar/restaurant environment. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of all aspects of bar operations, including stock control, staff supervision, and compliance with RSA and licensing requirements. Cocktail-making experience is essential, along with excellent customer service and leadership skills. This role is hands-on and involves supervising bar staff, ensuring efficient service, and contributing to a vibrant, professional atmosphere. Main Duties: Supervision, training and coordination of food and beverage employees Train, motivate, and support team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Prepare staff rosters and oversee workflow during busy trading periods. Monitor drink preparation, presentation, and compliance with RSA and hygiene standards. Maintain stock control Practicing proper workplace health and safety procedures Other incidental and peripheral duties as requested by the employer
