Role Title: Uncrewed Aerial Systems Contract Officer Role Description: The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for contributing to the establishment of new Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases to support ongoing procurements of Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS). They will also contribute to the ongoing management of all UAS Program Office (UASPO) contracts as part of the Contract team. Responsibilities: - Provision of Contract Support Services including, but not limited to: - Coordination and contribution to the work of the Commercial team consistent with the work plan, including contributing to contract management tasks for all UASPO platforms as required. - Support the delivery of new Capabilities through the implementation of effective commercial management across UASPO. - Contribute to the development and management of new FMS cases as required. Essential Requirements: - Experience in FMS case establishment and management e.g. development of RLOR/LOR, processing of amendments. - Experience in administering and managing contracts e.g drafting CCPs, maintaining up to date versions of contractual documents. Desirable Requirements: - A tertiary degree or higher in business, law, commerce, finance or similar - Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting - Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to negotiate desirable outcomes - Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to engage collaboratively with diverse stakeholders - The ability to understand contractual artifacts and contract management plans to procure goods and services to meet complex stakeholder needs.
