We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Practice Manager to take the reins of our busy medical centre — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunity to lead, innovate, and grow. You’ll work closely with the Regional Manager to guide a high-performing team, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the centre runs smoothly while delivering exceptional care to the community. What You’ll Do As a hands-on leader, you’ll: Champion the day-to-day operations of the medical centre, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Collaborate with regional and national leaders to bring strategic goals to life. Inspire and develop a team of healthcare professionals to reach their full potential. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training with a focus on culture and growth. Manage budgets, rosters, and resources to drive efficiency and sustainability. Roll out new systems and processes that support innovation and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes. Who You Are You’re a natural leader with a passion for people and performance. Whether you come from healthcare or another industry, you bring energy, resilience, and a drive to succeed.
