Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader for both clinical and non-clinical operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the centre. The Responsibilities As the Business Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in: Driving Business Success: Own the Profit & Loss, set budgets, and identify strategic opportunities for growth and cost efficiencies. Inspiring High-Performance Teams: Mentor, coach, and lead your team with purpose. Manage rosters, performance, recruitment, and training while building a workplace culture that people love being a part of. Delivering Exceptional Patient Experiences: Champion service excellence and operational efficiency so that every patient interaction reflects our care-first ethos. Supporting Healthcare Professionals: Provide operational support, streamline processes, and ensure HCPs are well-equipped and engaged.
